The book, which is 98 pages, comments on how large corporations often show individuals very little respect, and that in many ways our nation is being gripped by ‘creeping authoritarianism’. Then, on the other hand, many firms are being very patronising (to both their employees and customers).
The book is 115 pages. The first section is a critical look at our education system, both secondary and higher. Two thirds of the book, however, may be described as ‘applied psychology’. Some of
the things it discusses are repressed aggression and encounter groups.
